Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d)
An innovative organisation in the fintech and financial services space is looking for a Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d). This role involves driving business analysis activities across the product lifecycle for Buy Now Pay Later and Consumer Finance products. You will work within an agile, cross-functional environment to translate complex business needs into technical system requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Drive business analysis from discovery and requirement gathering to solution design and implementation.
- Develop expertise in customer risk and fraud domains to contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to evaluate the impact of new features.
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate delivered functionality to ensure business logic and requirements are correctly implemented.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in financial services.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience working in agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Fluency in English with strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
