Role Description
We're looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer with experience generating high-quality, warm leads preferably in:
- Home Improvement (roofing, solar, remodeling, etc.)
- Financial Products (loans, payday loans, HELOC, debt relief, etc.)
This is NOT a brand-awareness role. We need someone who understands direct response marketing and lead generation that converts into actual sales.
What you'll do:
- Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Native, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads that convert
- Optimize funnels, creatives, and landing pages
- Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance
Requirements:
- 1--2 years experience in paid media buying
- Proven experience in home improvement or financial products
- Experience generating warm, converting leads
- Strong understanding of performance metrics
- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns
