Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the legally sound design, preparation, and ongoing maintenance of contracts.
- You will review, analyze, and evaluate contracts and contract templates, applying your legal expertise effectively.
- You will develop existing contract standards and ensure their legal quality and consistency.
- As the central point of contact, you will advise and support internal specialist departments as well as external partners on all contract-related issues.
- Through your structured approach, you will contribute to the legally compliant processing and continuous optimization of processes in contract management.
Your Profile
- You have completed legal training or have relevant professional experience in a legal environment with a focus on German law.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of contract law, which you confidently apply in practice.
- Your open, friendly, and professional demeanor enables constructive teamwork and a confident appearance towards external contacts.
- You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner, maintaining an overview even in complex situations.
- Ideally, you already have experience in order processing and can apply it profitably in your role.
