Responsibilities

Your playing field:

You are our extended arm in the market. Your task is clear: find the needle in the haystack and bring it to us.

• Hunt instead of wait: You identify top executives and go directly into active sourcing (LinkedIn, Xing, your network).
• Eye level: You don't just recite some text. You have real conversations with decision-makers and check if they are a good fit for our clients, both professionally and personally.
• Quality over quantity: We don't need 100 profiles that are "okay." We need the 3 that are a perfect fit.

Qualifications

This is you:

• Professional in Executive Search: You have experience in approaching executives. You know how to get a CEO or Head of Sales on the phone.
• Strong communicator: You are relaxed but binding. You strike the right tone, whether with a startup founder or a corporate executive.
• Self-starter: You don't need hand-holding. Get the briefing, get started, deliver.
