About the Company

We are a European mobile gaming company building a portfolio of mobile games. We combine expertise in game development, performance marketing, analytics, and creative production to build scalable and profitable growth engines. Operating with a remote-first culture, our team is expanding its growth capabilities to accelerate user acquisition across its game portfolio.

The Role: Lead User Acquisition Manager

This is not a pure media buying role. You will operate as a Growth Engineer, owning the performance and profitability of a high-impact user acquisition portfolio and driving growth through data, experimentation and creative innovation.

Managing a $500k monthly UA budget, you will work at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, creative production and monetization.

Responsibilities

AI-Native Creative Strategy

  • Lead an AI-first ad creative production workflow with the Lead Motion Designer and Creative Producer
  • Use Generative AI models for rapid visual prototyping, video generation, and copy optimization
  • Deliver high-velocity, high-quality asset variations that accelerate algorithmic learning and performance

Technical Sovereignty & Privacy Stewardship

  • Act as a technical owner of measurement infrastructure with BI Engineers
  • Maintain strong expertise in privacy-centric frameworks (SKAdNetwork 4.0, Google Privacy Sandbox)
  • Ensure reliable measurement and conversion schema integrity

Strategic Portfolio Management

  • Manage and optimize UA budgets on Meta and Google
  • Diversify channel mix into high-growth vectors (TikTok, DSPs, SDK networks)
  • Lead rigorous testing, scaling, and channel optimization with a focus on LTV and ROAS

Requirements

About you

  • 5 years of mobile gaming UA experience: Proven track record managing significant budgets
  • Comfort being hands-on with Generative AI tools: Essential force multipliers for modern UA
  • Deep proficiency with analytics platforms: Looker and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Singular)
  • Experience supporting Data Science teams: Building or refining predictive LTV (pLTV) models is highly desirable
  • Ability to translate complex cohort data into actionable strategy for C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of hybrid monetization (IAA & IAP) and unit economics
