Your Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer (all genders), you ensure a reliable, automated, and secure operation of our platforms within a cross-functional, autonomous product team operating under a Product Operating Model. You will:

  • Design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS services.
  • Share ownership of the infrastructure, including setup, operation, and continuous optimization.
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) for reproducible and stable environments.
  • Contribute to the development and operation of specific services and application services within the team.
  • Ensure monitoring, reliability, security, and compliance across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to deploy secure, high-performance, and reliable services.

What You Bring Along

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Software Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) in agile, product-driven environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Product Operating Model.
  • A strong continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Very good English proficiency (written and spoken).

Technical Focus Areas

  • CI/CD & automation (design, implementation, maintenance, and operation).
  • Cloud & Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
  • Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Monitoring, reliability, security & compliance, including data protection and operational risks.
