Executive Search Solutions (ESS) is recruiting on behalf of a leading, globally active multi-service provider in Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, MedTech, and Lifesciences for a Senior Key Account & Customer Solution Manager (gn).

Our client is a significant player in the industry, characterized by strong growth, global presence, and an excellent reputation for building integrated, end-to-end commercial solutions. To further strengthen their Business Development and Customer Solutions division, they are seeking a compelling personality with a strong consulting and sales profile.

Your Mission

In this key role, you will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, designing integrated solutions, and advancing the service portfolio:

  • Consulting, acquiring, and developing new and existing customers at the decision-maker level (Top 50 Global Players, SMEs, Market Newcomers) in Germany.
  • Analyzing customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and confidently presenting complex proposals.
  • Developing and negotiating national and international offers.
  • Close collaboration with internal experts from Marketing, Medical Dialogue, Recruiting, Patient Support, Medical Affairs, and others.
  • Actively shaping the service portfolio through continuous market and customer insights.

Your Profile

You impress with expertise, consulting strength, communication skills, and an ownership mindset:

  • Academic background and several years of experience in a relevant field: CSO service providers, consulting, omnichannel, pharma, biotech, digital health, market access, software/analytics, CRO, or comparable business lines.
  • A pronounced consultative selling approach, coupled with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Clear, structured communication style in German & English; convincing presentation of complex solutions.
  • Experience in handling RFPs/RFQs and closing international deals.
  • Confident networking, team orientation, and professional demeanor in an international context.
  • Proficiency with modern digital platforms and tools.
