Your responsibilities:

• Support with payroll: setup and preparation of payments (Software: Sage)
• Preparation and execution of hiring, transfers, salary changes, terminations
• Correspondence
• Working time and vacation tracking
• Travel planning and settlement
• Contact person for all HR-related matters
• Processing of forms, applications, communication with the Federal Employment Agency
• Participation in various HR projects

Your profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR, tax, or law, or comparable qualification
• Organized, independent, and meticulous work style
• Knowledge of payroll, tax, and social security law
• Experience with Sage payroll software is desirable
• Teamwork skills and reliability
• Discretion and sense of responsibility
