Requirements

  • Residence: Only for applicants from Germany

  • Language: German - Fluent

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a consulting-intensive environment or with complex products. More important than prior experience are your drive and passion for delighting customers, identifying opportunities, and proactively developing new business.

  • Sales talent: Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor, even with decision-makers. Initial exposure to office supplies or ergonomics is a plus.

  • Initial experience with structured work in a CRM, using it for strategic customer development, and taking initiative for sustainable success with a drive for the best possible outcome.

  • Independent and goal-oriented work ethic with a strong hands-on mentality. Ideally, initial exposure to methodical sales frameworks like SPICED, SPIN, or MEDDIC.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for regional customer appointments.

  • Negotiation-level German (written and spoken) and good English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Systematically expand market presence in your region, develop new revenue potentials, and significantly contribute to regional growth.
  • Sales Cycle: Guide B2B customers through the entire sales process – from initial contact, needs assessment, to successful closing and building long-term partnerships.
  • New Customer Acquisition & Existing Customer Support: Strategically acquire new B2B customers through outbound efforts and develop existing customers, from small businesses to large corporations.
  • Lead Management: Systematically process regional inbound leads and convert them into successful projects through expert consultation.
  • Project Business: Manage complex customer projects, develop suitable solution concepts, and steer implementation with internal teams.
  • Sales Processes: Document activities systematically in the CRM, analyze market and competitor developments, and derive targeted measures for advancing sales methods.
