Responsibilities

• Qualified processing of material damage, personal injury, and financial losses in the field of commercial motor vehicle insurance
• Ensuring high-quality processing of our claims and compliance with and management of Service Level Agreements
• Verification of coverage and liability
• Targeted use of service providers
• Identification of recourse options
• Professional written & telephone communication with our B2B clientele

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the insurance industry or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in claims management in the aforementioned areas of an insurance company
• Strong and future-oriented process thinking, especially with a focus on the digitalization of processes
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work and a high degree of initiative
• Team-oriented and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with special vehicles and transport damage is desirable
