- You will handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat – quickly, empathetically, and solution-oriented.
- You will explain our platform and help with questions about usage, setup, or features.
- You will document inquiries in our CRM (Salesforce) and keep our knowledge base up-to-date.
- You will work closely with Sales and Product to provide customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- You will contribute your own ideas to improve and make support processes more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Shape a product that solves real problems in the construction industry.
- Work in an open, cooperative, dynamic, and international team.
- You have the flexibility to work in our modern office in Berlin Friedrichshain and partly from home.
- Participation in company events and regular team events.
- Attractive remuneration with a permanent contract and modern equipment.
- Open feedback culture with regular 1:1 meetings and development discussions.
Requirements
- Initial experience in customer support or customer service is an advantage – ideally with digital products or trade customers.
- You enjoy helping others, are patient, and solution-oriented.
- Native-level German (C2) is essential; further language skills are an advantage.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and communicative manner.
- You are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic startup and develop further.
