Do you feel like ensuring everything runs smoothly in direct contact with our international customers (including leading banks)? You are the main point of contact for our customers and thus play a central role with us. Our support is not about "processing tickets," but about real collaboration with our customers. Your everyday life is varied: you solve tricky issues, develop processes further, and have the opportunity to take on responsibility – from building efficient support structures to leading the future team.

Tätigkeiten (Activities)

• You are our First Line of Defense and the main point of contact for our customers with all questions regarding vc trade
• Coordination of customer feedback
• Creation and updating of marketing materials
• Support for our sales and project teams
• Development potential: Building our first-level support and leading the support team

Anforderungen (Requirements)

• A personality that shares our digitalization vision
• Service and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Organizational talent, high quality standards, initiative, team spirit, high commitment, and sense of responsibility
• Experience in the financial industry / banking / sales / customer support is an advantage
• Good MS Office user skills
• Strong communication skills in German and English

• Highly motivated and international team with a total of 40 employees
• You will work closely with our Senior Business Team and the Founders
• Flat hierarchies – you are independently responsible for your area and report only to the C-level

With the vc trade platform, we have built a digital marketplace for corporate financing. Since entering the market in March 2018, vc trade has already placed over 40% of the issued Schuldscheindarlehen (promissory note loans), and in 2022, it reached over 60%. Overall, we have facilitated a total volume of over €39 billion across 250 transactions. We work closely with all market participants, often through cooperation agreements, including banks as arrangers and lenders, corporates as borrowers, and institutional investors.

Until 2022, the company was completely self-financed. Since May 2022, a consortium of banks has invested in vc trade, while still maintaining full flexibility.

What we are particularly proud of is the diverse and multicultural nature of our team. Our nearly 40 colleagues represent 14 different nationalities. Consequently, it is natural for us to embrace remote work from anywhere in the world.
