We are looking for you immediately at our location in the heart of Munich as a Marketing Automation Specialist (m/w/d) in full or part-time. Responsibilities

• You analyze existing marketing processes and integrate AI tools to automate essential workflows such as content creation and ad optimization.
• You develop innovative approaches to make the creation and scaling of marketing assets more efficient through intelligent process optimization.
• You conceptualize and implement AI-based strategies for automating marketing measures (e.g., in CRM, Paid Ads, dynamic pricing) with the goal of delivering campaigns more precisely and effectively.
• In close cooperation with product management, you improve the customer experience through data-based personalization and predictive analytics – for example, in cross-selling or through personalized landing pages.
• You dive deep into large amounts of data, identify patterns and trends, and transform them into valuable insights for data-driven decisions.
• You ensure a solid data foundation by consolidating marketing and website data from various sources and actively driving topics like data warehousing within our corporate group.
• You continuously evaluate new technologies and tools to examine their use in the marketing sector and ensure that we are always one step ahead of our competitors.

Requirements

• A completed university degree or vocational training – e.g., in business administration with an analytical focus, data science, business informatics, marketing, or a comparable field.
• You have demonstrable experience in AI-supported optimization and automation of processes – preferably in marketing.
• You think analytically and can translate complex data into strategic recommendations for action.
• You have experience working with large datasets and linking them from various sources (including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tableau, cloud data platforms).
• You have an affinity for AI tools and machine learning and recognize the potential to make workflows more efficient and develop innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of tools like Zapier, Make, or N8N is nice-to-have.
• You love to constantly explore new trends and tools and are motivated to automate our marketing processes with your entrepreneurial mindset and smart ideas.
• You are a true team player, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with marketing, product management, graphics, and data departments.
