Requirements

We're not looking for a specific degree or a perfect CV. We're looking for a specific kind of person:

  • Technically fluent in AI/ML --- you understand the basic principles of LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, and the open-source ecosystem well enough to have real opinions about product/agent design decisions.
  • Basic understanding of the full stack --- hardware (GPUs, compute infrastructure), model layer (LLMs), and application layer (APIs, UIs, integrations).
  • Customer-obsessed and a natural communicator --- you can run a discovery call, extract real requirements, and turn ambiguity into direction. You are driven by bringing structure and clarity into the daily work.
  • A self-starter with high agency --- you operate with minimal guidance and maximum ownership. You don't ask "what should I do?" --- you propose "here's what I'm doing and why", while still keeping alignment with the team.
  • Energized by building, not managing --- you get your hands dirty. Prototyping, writing specs, debugging requirements, testing with users.
  • Experienced in advertising, media, or AdTech --- you understand the ecosystem: programmatic, real-time bidding, audience targeting, and the business models that power it.
  • 3--6+ years in product management --- with meaningful exposure to AI/ML products or technically complex platforms.

Activities

This is not a role where you maintain backlogs and attend standups. This is a role where you shape products that don't exist yet.

  • Own the product vision --- from discovery through delivery for AI agent products in the AdTech and media space. You translate customer needs and build your own product vision on top of them, creating long term, scalable and profitable products.
  • Bridge business and technology --- translate customer/stakeholder needs into product strategy and technical requirements that engineering actually wants to build.
  • Talk to customers directly --- understand their real problems, not the ones they think they have. Distill messy input into actionable specs.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with data scientists, senior engineers, marketing and senior management --- our team is best-in-class, you need to keep up
  • Solve problems, not escalate them --- you see a gap, you close it. You don't wait for permission or a Jira ticket
