As a Senior SEA Manager (m/w/d), you can apply your expertise at norisk Group. As a strong expert, you will be responsible for the operational support and strategic direction of our client accounts with granular and tailor-made campaigns in a motivated and dynamic team. Your retargeting concepts and strategies for individual action marketing can not only be controlled in automated processes but also increase performance. norisk offers you exciting projects with numerous challenges in a dynamic, up-to-date agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of AdWords and Bing accounts, including initialization, optimization, and reporting
  • Strategic further development and optimization of client accounts
  • Project coordination of customer requirements and marketing partners
  • Further development of the SEA area through best practice adaptation, tool tests, and automation projects
  • Account optimization through structural analysis, keyword expansion, ad testing, bid management, and landing page analysis
  • Responsibility for the technical infrastructures necessary for SEA, such as tracking and product data
  • 360-degree optimization of our clients' e-commerce projects through marketing, shop, and usability

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in marketing, business administration, or comparable training
  • Several years of operational experience with AdWords accounts and processes
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce KPIs
  • High problem-solving competence and strategic thinking
  • Shopping and AdWords basic certification
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  • High diligence and eye for detail, both textually, mathematically, and logically
  • Good to very good MS Excel skills
  • Passion for e-commerce and online marketing
