Team Lead Software Development for KV Solutions (m/w/d) - Full Remote

Location: Singen, Deutschland (Home-office/Remote)

KV Solutions is responsible for the development and operation of digital solutions for statutory health insurance physicians' associations (KVen) in the German healthcare system. The division focuses on the digitalization, automation, and standardization of complex care, control, and billing processes, combining regulatory requirements with modern, scalable IT architectures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Professional and organizational responsibility for a growing development team of approximately 20 employees
• Prioritization of tasks, resource planning, and ensuring the timely implementation of complex software projects
• Definition and assurance of high-quality software architecture and development standards
• Management of the technological roadmap
• Further development of development processes
• Customer & stakeholder communication
• Strategic corporate development

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable technical field – or equivalent practical experience
• Very good knowledge of .NET / C# as the central technology stack
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, build tools, NuGet management, and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrable experience in leading technical teams
• Experience in the design and management of modern development processes
• Strong leadership skills as well as experience in coaching and team development
• Decisiveness, strategic thinking, and high personal responsibility
• Excellent communication skills at all levels (internal & external)
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment
• Fluent German and English skills
