Your Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d) to join our team in Meerbusch, near Düsseldorf. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with a fixed-term contract for two years.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR-related issues
• Independently manage the entire recruiting process, including job postings, applicant management, and interviews
• Support and guide our apprentices and interns
• Prepare and manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Create employment contracts, references, etc.
• Maintain personnel files and master data
• Independently handle personnel administrative and labor law matters
• Participate in HR projects and process optimization
• Plan and organize internal events and activities

Your Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on HR
• Several years of professional experience in human resources
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Proficient IT skills and good English language skills
• Trainer aptitude (AEVO) is desirable but not essential
• Enjoy working with people
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Discretion, team spirit, and strong communication skills
