Key Account Manager – New Customer Acquisition (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin and Cologne, 100% remote possible Salary: €85,000 - €120,000 per year (including bonus)

We are a leading provider in the field of Identity & Access Management (IAM), supporting companies in efficiently designing their digital security. Our solutions enable centralized management of user identities, control of access, and fulfillment of compliance requirements.

To strengthen our sales team at one of our locations or completely remote, we are looking for a:

Your Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Independent identification, approach, and acquisition of new customers in the DACH market.
  • Lead Management: Qualification of leads from marketing and partner activities, as well as proactive market development.
  • Consulting & Presentation: Analysis of customer requirements, creation of suitable solution concepts, and delivery of product presentations (remote & on-site) together with our PreSales team.
  • Negotiation: Management of the entire sales cycle – from initial contact and offer preparation to successful contract conclusion.
  • Team Collaboration: Close coordination with Presales, Marketing, and Partner Management for efficient market development.
  • Market Observation: Active monitoring of market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions, ideally in the Identity & Access Management or IT Security environment.
  • Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition – a hunter mentality with a keen sense for customer needs.
  • The ability to communicate complex solutions understandably.
  • Communicative and negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Independent, structured way of working with high self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel for customer appointments and events.
