Your Team

A company decides on our software Meisterplan – but what happens next? This is where our team comes in! We support our customers in implementing our software, optimize the necessary business processes, and are the first point of contact for all functional and technical questions regarding project portfolio and resource management. The success and satisfaction of our customers are our top priority! We typically work with our customers via web sessions, but we also "go on-site," organize events, and ensure networking with and between our customers. Our team is like a small family. We stand up for each other, share our knowledge, and help each other move forward. We guide new family members through their onboarding period and support them in acquiring the necessary knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

• You will independently advise and support our customers in using Meisterplan and modern PPM methods.
• You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting existing ones.
• You will conduct workshops and user training sessions, conveying content in a practical and understandable manner.
• You will guide customers from various industries in optimizing and designing their processes.
• You will provide technical advice on connecting other software solutions via interfaces, especially with the Microsoft Power Platform.

This is You

• You have experience in customer consulting or supporting B2B projects – ideally in the context of SaaS software solutions and in the areas of project management, project portfolio management, or agile methods.
• You enjoy working with people, possess empathy, and have professional, target-group-oriented communication skills.
• You think creatively "out of the box," work in a structured manner, and always find solution-oriented approaches.
• Independence, self-organization, and openness to new things are a matter of course for you.
• You speak fluent German and English and enjoy traveling 4-5 days a month.
• You have a degree in subjects such as Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics, or have completed a vocational training.
• You have skills and are highly motivated to get started at itdesign, but you are missing a few of the mentioned requirements? Don't hesitate, we still want to get to know you!
