Your Role
As a working student in the Finance team, you will support us in implementing financial processes cleanly and efficiently in day-to-day business. You will work closely with Accounting/Controlling, gain insights into various finance topics, and independently take on subtasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks in the Finance team
- Preparation, verification, and follow-up of receipts and documents (e.g., invoices, travel expenses, documentation)
- Maintenance of master data and support with data quality (e.g., supplier/customer data)
- Participation in monthly and quarterly processes (e.g., reconciliations, lists, evaluations)
- Support with reports/analyses and ad-hoc evaluations (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Contribution to the optimization and documentation of processes (e.g., checklists, workflows)
Requirements
- You are a registered student (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, or similar)
- You work in a structured, reliable, and meticulous manner and enjoy working with numbers
- Confident use of Excel
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team
- Very good German and English skills
