About the Opportunity

We are supporting one of Germany's leading technology groups, a global name in communications, information, and security solution, in hiring four Software Engineers for their Platform Core & Data Services organisation in Dresden.

This 24-month AUG engagement offers the chance to join a high-impact platform team that builds and maintains the software backbone used by multiple R&D and product development units across the company.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain core platform services such as SSO, MFA, user/group management, and data-persistence layers.
• Contribute to a microservices-based architecture supporting both R&D and customer-facing product teams.
• Build and deploy containerised services in Java, Golang, C#, or C++ running in Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, product, and security disciplines to deliver secure, reliable solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years' professional experience in software development.
• Strong skills in at least one of Java, Golang, C#, or C++.
• Understanding of authentication/authorisation protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) and secure service-oriented design.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab/Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and event-driven systems (Kafka).
• Professional working proficiency in German (C1+) and ability to work on site in Dresden (up to 60 % remote after onboarding).
