Sales Representative Pharma (m/w/d) – Aufbau neue RX-Produktlinie | Deutschlandweit

Your Tasks:

• Independent development and management of your sales territory
• Positioning of the RX and biosimilar portfolio in the pharmacy market
• Implementation of sales and marketing strategies for sustainable market share growth
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with pharmacies
• Targeted contact with physicians to support market development
• Management of the territory based on CRM and KPI-based metrics
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces (e.g., PDL, Marketing, Medical)

Your Profile:

• Sales personality with entrepreneurial thinking
• Experienced in pharmaceutical field sales
• Confident in dealing with pharmacists and physicians
• KPI-oriented and structured in your work approach
• Digitally savvy and proficient with CRM systems
• Team player with high self-motivation
• Technical knowledge according to §75 AMG (degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Human/Veterinary Medicine, or certified Medical Representative)
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales
• Ideally, experience in the RX, OTC, or biosimilar environment
• Knowledge of the pharmacy market
• Advantageous: existing physician contacts

Conditions:

• Working hours: 40 hours/week
• Deployment: Monday-Friday (occasional weekend appointments possible)
• Activity: Pure field service, administrative tasks in the home office
• Company car: included (also for private use)
• KPIs: will be defined together
• 1 week on-site training
• 1 week online training

• Region Tübingen, Reutlingen, Augsburg, Ulm
• Region Kassel, Göttingen, Fulda & Gießen
