About the Role
This senior position offers full ownership of the VIP function across multiple products within a fast-paced, global entertainment and gaming industry. You will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end VIP strategy, including managing portfolio performance, onboarding, engagement, marketing visibility, and partnership activation. The role requires anticipating player behavior, making proactive commercial decisions, and optimizing long-term value while balancing revenue, loyalty, and brand status. You will lead a dedicated VIP team, define operating models, establish governance and KPI frameworks, and collaborate closely with data, CRM, product, and marketing teams. This position is ideal for individuals with extensive VIP or high-value customer experience who thrive in an autonomous, high-responsibility, and globally distributed environment.
Accountabilities
- Own the global VIP portfolio, managing revenue, retention, lifetime value, incentive efficiency, and exposure.
- Define VIP segmentation, tiers, benefits, limits, and engagement logic, ensuring competitive and culturally relevant offerings.
- Develop onboarding strategies, maintain always-on engagement, and oversee social/community presence for VIP acquisition and retention.
- Partner with CRM, product, marketing, and external partners to deliver exclusive VIP experiences and maximize portfolio value.
- Build, lead, and develop the VIP function, setting KPIs, workflows, and standards for engagement, responsiveness, and decision-making.
- Implement data-driven governance, monitoring, reporting, and automation to optimize scale, efficiency, and risk management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in VIP leadership, portfolio management, or high-value customer roles, preferably within iGaming or entertainment.
- Proven success in managing high-value portfolios with direct commercial accountability.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills under uncertainty.
- Experience in building and leading teams, defining operating models, and establishing workflows.
- Deep understanding of competitive VIP landscapes, high-value player behavior, and cultural relevance.
- Comfortable operating in an always-on, high-responsibility, global environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with strong commercial and analytical acumen.
