Accountabilities
- Create and manage SEO-optimized content across multiple channels including websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Develop landing pages, calls-to-action, and gated content such as ebooks, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Write and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, automated workflows, and drip campaigns.
- Translate strategic business objectives into clear, compelling content tailored to target audiences.
- Coordinate marketing projects by setting timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to evaluate the success of both short-term and long-term initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication between marketing, design, sales, and other teams.
- Identify project challenges and implement practical solutions to maintain momentum and meet objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure all marketing materials meet high standards of quality and clarity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing operations, content marketing, or related marketing roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to produce clear and engaging content.
- Experience creating SEO-focused content and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot and design platforms like Figma.
- Understanding of modern content marketing strategies, industry trends, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks effectively, and work pragmatically in a dynamic environment.
