In this role, you will play a crucial part within a dynamic Services team, collaborating closely with Consultants, Engineers, and Project Managers. Your expertise will empower customers to achieve their business objectives by providing strategic solutions tailored to complex projects. Utilizing your knowledge of MES systems and software engineering practices, you will design process-aligned frameworks that enhance operational efficiency. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact while working in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities

• Provide technical support for proof of concepts and demonstration/prototypes.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Account Managers to analyze customer goals and needs.
• Generate documentation for ROM and SOW creation.
• Establish effective relationships with internal and external technical peers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and influence key contacts.
• Deliver timely and accurate information throughout project activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent knowledge of MES Camstar and Opcenter Systems.
• Understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server and/or Jira.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams while achieving business results.
