This role focuses on building and scaling a global ecosystem of HRIS integrations that connect enterprise HR systems with payroll, EOR, and contractor platforms. You will design seamless data flows that ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability across complex international environments. Acting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience, you will translate customer needs into scalable technical integration solutions.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the strategy, design, and execution of HRIS integrations, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with customer needs and global compliance requirements.

  • Define and lead integration architecture and data flow design across HRIS, payroll, EOR, and contractor systems.
  • Translate customer and partner requirements into clear technical product specifications, including API behavior, authentication flows, data mapping, and edge case handling.
  • Prioritize integration roadmap initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and customer success teams to deliver seamless integration experiences.
  • Ensure high standards of reliability, observability, and data quality across all integrations.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for external HRIS and payroll partners.
  • Define and track key product metrics such as adoption, retention, sync success rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

You bring strong product leadership experience in technical, API-driven, or platform environments, with the ability to bridge business needs and engineering execution.

  • 7 years of product management experience, with strong exposure to integrations, APIs, platform ecosystems, or SaaS infrastructure products.
  • Hands-on technical capability, including proficiency with tools such as Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to read, debug, and prototype working code.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, or workforce systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, ADP, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align engineering, business, and external partner priorities effectively.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with deep empathy for end-user workflows and operational pain points in enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience working with APIs, data models, integration patterns, and distributed systems in production environments.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, and asynchronous environments.

Benefits

  • Competitive international salary aligned with experience and location-based benchmarks.
  • Fully remote working model with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration.
  • Equity or stock option program depending on role eligibility.
  • Generous paid time off and global holiday flexibility.
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs.
  • Learning and development budget for professional growth.
  • Home office setup and equipment support.
  • Mental health and wellness support resources.
  • Opportunity to work in a global, distributed, high-impact product environment.
