Your Responsibilities

  • Support and technical assistance for users in the hardware and IT environment
  • Independent analysis and resolution of hardware and IT issues
  • Co-support of the entire IT infrastructure at multiple locations
  • Management, provision, and exchange of IT equipment
  • Installation, configuration, and administration of hardware
  • Processing, documentation, and resolution of IT requests in the helpdesk
  • Support and provision of hardware for home office use

Your Profile

  • Practical experience in user support or strong PC/hardware affinity
  • Career changers explicitly welcome, e.g., for gamers, tinkerers, or tech enthusiasts
  • Strong service mentality – you enjoy helping and finding solutions
  • Hands-on mindset, team spirit, and enthusiasm for technology
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
