IT Operations Specialist (all genders)
Requirements
Must have:
- Completed training (e.g., Fachinformatikerin, IT-Systemelektronikerin, Kaufmann/Kauffrau für IT-Systemmanagement) or studies in the IT field.
- Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Sound understanding of databases (especially SQL) as well as IT systems and interfaces.
- Experience working with users and external IT service providers.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to take responsibility, strategic competence, and understanding of business needs.
- Excellent service and solution orientation combined with a structured, reliable work approach.
- Communicative and dependable demeanor, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring stable systems and applications, as well as secure networks.
- Support teams in onboarding to new programs and systems.
- Identification, evaluation, and structured preparation of IT and digitalization potentials.
- Establishment and further development of structured IT service management.
- Central coordination and prioritization of internal support requests.
- Management and monitoring of external IT service providers.
- Support of databases and interfaces, including creation and maintenance of SQL queries.
- Assistance with scripts, automations, and cross-system processes.
- Collaboration with specialist departments and external parties in server and application operations.
- Operational IT tasks within the scope of ongoing business operations, such as supporting users with technical questions.
- Familiarization with the real estate management software DOMUS with the goal of assuming technical responsibility.
