We welcome law firms and legal professionals from around the globe as consulting partners. We are primarily looking for one or more jurists/lawyers specializing in German law for the core legal fields mentioned below.

Role Description & The Case

We help a victim in an unprecedented legal and economic war against German insurance companies and financial institutions. We are seeking damages of up to €11 million.

The Scope

Approximately 9 opposing parties, 32 main claims, and over 1,000 secondary claims.

The Jurisdiction

Lawsuits will be filed in Swiss courts under the Lugano Convention (based on the client's residence), applying German substantive law.

The Smart Strategy

We operate with AI-driven evidence matrices and a radical "salami tactic": Low-risk partial claims (under 30,000 CHF in simplified proceedings to establish liability) followed by the full claims. Some steps will be filed without a formal lawyer.

Your Role

You are the legal brain in the background. You analyze, advise, guide the argumentation (German & European Law), and verify our AI-generated legal documents.

Local Counsel

If necessary for specific court appearances, a local Swiss lawyer will be brought in to formally represent the legal strategy you built.

Risk Minimization (The "Beistand" / Lead Role)

To minimize financial risk, there is a unique opportunity for one specific person to be officially appointed as the client's private legal representative ("Beistand") via the Swiss Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB).

This provides a state-funded base remuneration from day one.

Because this official role is limited to one person, this individual will act as the Team Lead. You will be responsible for all combined cases, manage and collaborate with all other involved global lawyers, law firms, or financiers, and act strictly in the ultimate interest of the client.
