About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable Back Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This remote position is suitable for candidates based in Germany who are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks, documentation, and data organisation.
- Assist with preparing reports, updating records, and maintaining internal files.
- Support communication between departments by routing information and coordinating basic tasks.
- Monitor emails, messages, and incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Perform simple data entry and ensure accuracy across systems and documents.
- Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and organising workflow.
- Provide general back-office support to help ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Based in Germany with valid working rights.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (English required; German is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- No back-office experience required; training will be provided.
