About the Role

Global production processes require clear standards – and systems that support these standards. In this role, you will design end-to-end processes in the Supply to Product environment and prepare them for implementation in SAP S/4HANA. The focus will be on process design, system integration, and international coordination. You will work closely with Global Process Owners and contribute to the creation of global templates that function, are accepted, and can be further developed in the long term.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the design and further development of global end-to-end process standards in the Supply to Product area with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- You will translate functional requirements from production, planning, and logistics into systemically sound, SAP-compatible processes and prepare them for integration into S/4 templates.
- In close cooperation with Global Process Owners, you will coordinate standards, provide expert recommendations, and ensure that processes are consistently described, tested, and implementable.
- International stakeholder management is a significant part of your work, especially in the interface between global standardization and local requirements.
- Additionally, you will participate in digitalization and further development initiatives in the production environment.
Your Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree with an IT or business administration focus and several years of professional experience in the production or supply chain environment.
- Systemic understanding is crucial, ideally from a role as an SAP Key User, particularly in the PP and MES modules.
- You have experience in process design, working on end-to-end workflows, and in project environments with international stakeholders.
- You are comfortable navigating between conceptual work and system-related implementation and can constructively moderate diverse interests.
- Very good English skills are required.
- You will work in an international transformation environment with moderate travel readiness (approx. 20-25%), with the opportunity to contribute to the further development of the global S/4 and process landscape in the future.
