As Team Lead Accounting (m/f/d), you will assume technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility, actively participate in daily operations, and consistently drive the development of sub-ledger accounting.
Your Responsibilities
- You will assume overall responsibility for sub-ledger accounting, particularly accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- You will manage and secure daily operations, including responsibility for deadlines, quality, and processes.
- You will lead and develop your team both technically and disciplinarily, fostering a trusting collaboration.
- You will automate and digitalize accounting processes, e.g., dark posting or workflow optimization.
- You will actively drive projects forward – both in your own area of expertise and cross-functionally in finance/accounting.
- You will work confidently with an ERP system (ideally SAP FI) and continuously develop IT tools and applications.
- You will act as a central interface to IT, controlling, and external service providers.
Your Profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship / economic studies, ideally further training as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter).
- You have sound experience in financial accounting, particularly in sub-ledger accounting, and work process-reliably with an eye for optimization/automation potential.
- You motivate your team, develop it consistently, and establish a binding leadership culture.
- You remain composed even under high pressure, prioritize in a structured manner, make well-founded decisions, and always communicate professionally, discreetly, and confidently in German and English.
