Python Developer (LLM / RAG)

Remote (Must already be situated in Germany or Netherlands)

German or Dutch -- Business Fluent Minimum Required

We're partnering with an innovative AI-focused tech company building cutting-edge, production-grade AI applications. They are looking for a Python Developer with hands-on experience in LLMs and RAG, who can help take products from concept to production at pace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and scaling Python applications into production systems
• Writing clean, production-grade, maintainable code
• Deploying applications in Azure-based cloud environments
• Working in sprint cycles, owning tickets end-to-end
• Contributing to bringing AI-powered products to market

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and relevant libraries
• Practical experience with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience deploying applications in Azure cloud infrastructure
• Comfortable working on production systems
• Exposure to MLOps and/or Machine Learning systems / NLP is advantageous
• Experience using AI tools to support coding workflows is a plus

Location & Language

• Fully remote within the Germany or Netherlands
• German or Dutch required -- minimum business fluent level (essential)
• This is a permanent role NOT freelance
