Projektmanager Healthcare IT (m/w/d)

Your Role

You will lead exciting IT customer projects in the laboratory environment, ensuring the successful operation of our laboratory and order entry systems at the client's site. You will manage projects end-to-end, work closely with clients and teams, and also get hands-on with Linux technically. You can expect a great deal of creative freedom, flexible working models, and the chance to actively shape the future of laboratory IT.

Responsibilities

• As the operational lead of the project, you hold a key position: you organize and coordinate customer projects for the operation of our order entry or laboratory information systems and ensure their success.
• You define and plan projects, ensure milestones are met, generate work packages, monitor their completion, and also take on individual work packages yourself.
• You communicate project progress internally and with our clients at project and management levels, keeping an eye on quality, timelines, and budget.
• You assemble a coordinated project team internally and on the client's side, and support it sustainably and at eye level.
• You get directly involved and configure our software using Linux at the client's site.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, or come from a laboratory background.
• You have several years of experience as a project manager in IT projects, ideally in the laboratory environment.
• You are familiar with project management methods such as PRINCE2®.
• You have a technical background and experience with Linux, or are not afraid to familiarize yourself with it.
• You have an analytical and structured way of working.
• You are motivated to work independently and proactively, and find it easy to communicate your ideas and solutions internally and externally.
