This makes us the first preventive pet insurance worldwide.\n\n## Your Role\n\nAs a Customer Service Sales Specialist (m/f/d), you are part of the Customer Service team and take on a hybrid role between classic customer service and consulting-oriented sales. You support customers with their everyday concerns regarding our insurance offer and guide interested new and existing customers along their decision-making journey – from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the contract.
