Location: Remote --- candidates based in Germany / DACH preferred (must have legal right to work in the country where they reside)
Engagement: Freelance / Contractor (commission-based). 100% remote.
Compensation: Commission-only model --- 10%--15% commission on every contract closed; details discussed during hiring.

What you'll own
- Full-cycle B2B sales: prospect → demo → negotiate → close.
- Build and scale outbound channels (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships).
- Target audiences: SMEs, vocational schools, IHKs/HWKs, and training providers across DACH.
- Design and iterate the go-to-market motion in Germany from the ground up.
Who you are (requirements)
- Fluent German (CEFR C1) --- ability to lead demos and negotiations in German.
- Deep knowledge of the Ausbildung ecosystem (IHKs, vocational schools, HR/training teams).
- 3+ years in B2B sales with proven experience closing SaaS or AI deals end-to-end.
- Comfortable in autonomous, performance-based roles and working remotely.
- Eligible to work in the country where you live.
Nice to have
- Existing contacts in vocational education / IHK networks.
- Track record selling to SME/training budgets in DACH.
