Your Role: ICT Deputy Manager (m/w/d)
We are seeking an ICT Deputy Manager (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Steering and prioritizing group-wide ICT programs and digitalization initiatives in coordination with the Group CIO and the Management Board.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring IT governance, infrastructure, and security concepts in line with global corporate guidelines.
- Managing group-wide transformation projects (e.g., ERP/CRM rollouts, cloud strategies, data analytics, cybersecurity).
- Ensuring a unified, scalable, and secure system landscape through standardization, KPI monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Overseeing the international ICT budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and contract management.
- Supporting the Group CIO in strategic alignment and global decision-making processes.
- Fostering international collaboration between ICT teams, central departments, and external technology partners.
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory, data protection, and security requirements across all markets.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling, accounting, or banking.
- Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in international IT management or leading group-wide transformation programs.
- Proven expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud architectures, infrastructure management, and project portfolio management.
- Experience in international leadership, intercultural competence, and strong communication and decision-making skills at management level.
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and results orientation.
- Proficient stakeholder and partner management.
- High implementation competence and decision-making ability.
- Integrity, sense of responsibility, and resilience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Intercultural sensitivity and international teamwork skills.
- Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken; Italian language skills are an advantage.
