Your Role: ICT Deputy Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking an ICT Deputy Manager (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Steering and prioritizing group-wide ICT programs and digitalization initiatives in coordination with the Group CIO and the Management Board.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring IT governance, infrastructure, and security concepts in line with global corporate guidelines.
  • Managing group-wide transformation projects (e.g., ERP/CRM rollouts, cloud strategies, data analytics, cybersecurity).
  • Ensuring a unified, scalable, and secure system landscape through standardization, KPI monitoring, and cost optimization.
  • Overseeing the international ICT budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and contract management.
  • Supporting the Group CIO in strategic alignment and global decision-making processes.
  • Fostering international collaboration between ICT teams, central departments, and external technology partners.
  • Monitoring compliance with regulatory, data protection, and security requirements across all markets.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling, accounting, or banking.
  • Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in international IT management or leading group-wide transformation programs.
  • Proven expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud architectures, infrastructure management, and project portfolio management.
  • Experience in international leadership, intercultural competence, and strong communication and decision-making skills at management level.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills and results orientation.
  • Proficient stakeholder and partner management.
  • High implementation competence and decision-making ability.
  • Integrity, sense of responsibility, and resilience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Intercultural sensitivity and international teamwork skills.
  • Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken; Italian language skills are an advantage.
