Your Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers on regulatory issues
  • Processing customer inquiries regarding IT regulation and outsourcing processes
  • Prioritization and processing of tickets via a ticket system and, if necessary, forwarding to the responsible department
  • Follow-up of open cases until successful resolution
  • Ensuring transparent and service-oriented communication
  • Maintenance and documentation of customer concerns in the system
  • Participation in the optimization of internal processes and service processes

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in economics or computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge of IT regulation or outsourcing management
  • Initial professional experience in customer service, consulting, or a service-oriented environment in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of processes, outsourcing risks, and legal framework conditions in banking
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit
