In this role, you will be a sparring partner for management, working at the interface of finance, strategy, and business partnering, translating numbers into clear decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Independent contribution to budgeting, forecasts, and multi-year planning
• Creation and further development of management reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Conducting variance and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions
• Business Partnering: close collaboration with management and specialist departments
• Support for investment decisions and special projects
• Further development of processes and tools in Financial Planning & Analysis

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in FP&A, controlling, or corporate finance
• Very good analytical skills, a strong affinity for numbers, and a structured way of working
• Confident handling of Excel; knowledge of BI/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI) is an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues in an audience-appropriate manner
