Hosting with Heart: Your Role as Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)
You will own high-impact analytics end-to-end and become a strategic partner driving real business decisions, not just reporting numbers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Product, Business, and Leadership, proactively identifying opportunities where data can drive growth and better decisions.
- Define and own core business and product KPIs, ensuring consistent definitions across the organization.
- Lead complex analytics projects end-to-end: from problem framing to data modeling, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches and scalable data solutions.
- Design and build scalable data models and high-quality dashboards to enable self-service analytics.
- Deep dive into product and business performance (funnels, KPIs, cohorts) to generate actionable insights.
- Build and optimize advanced SQL queries and data pipelines (e.g., in BigQuery or similar DWs).
- Partner closely with Data Engineering on data architecture, data quality, and performance optimization.
- Drive improvements in data governance, quality, and metric consistency across teams.
- Evaluate and introduce next-generation BI and analytics solutions (e.g., AI/LLM-based tools).
- Contribute to shaping the overall BI strategy (tooling, governance, best practices).
- Mentor junior analysts and help raise the analytics bar across the organization.
