We are looking for a Working Student in Recruiting (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Munich as soon as possible.
With over 700,000 members, Lohi is one of the largest income tax assistance associations in Germany. We have been advising our members on all income tax matters for over 50 years, limited according to § 4 No. 11 StBerG.

What awaits you
- You will make a valuable contribution to our team in day-to-day operations with various administrative HR topics (including applicant management).
- You will identify suitable candidates and actively approach talent via business networks such as LinkedIn.
- You will actively participate in the planning, organization, and execution of career and recruiting fairs.
- You will prepare evaluations and support recruiting controlling.
- You will actively work on diverse HR topics and exciting projects, thus shaping the further development of the HR department.
What you bring
- You are in the advanced stages of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a similar degree program (preferably with a focus on Human Resources).
- Ideally, you have 15 to 20 hours per week to support us.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in the HR field.
- You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You show initiative and work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner – you always approach tasks conscientiously and with great care.
- You combine home office with personal collaboration at our location in Munich.
