Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Data Entry Management & Remote Operations Assistant to support daily operational functions through accurate data management, workflow coordination, and administrative assistance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, monitoring operational processes, and ensuring timely task completion across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Data Management

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
  • Review incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
  • Perform regular data audits and correct discrepancies
  • Maintain organized digital records, logs, and tracking systems
  • Monitor processing queues to ensure timely completion of tasks

Operations Support & Coordination

  • Assist with coordinating daily operational workflows across departments
  • Track project timelines and support deadline management
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Support onboarding documentation and compliance tracking processes
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Administrative Assistance

  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling and document coordination
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to data and operational processes
  • Assist leadership with documentation preparation and reporting needs
  • Maintain workflow trackers and operational logs

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy standards
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Support quality control initiatives by maintaining high accuracy benchmarks
  • Escalate system issues or inconsistencies promptly

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in data entry, operations support, or administrative roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and secure home workspace

Preferred Qualifications
