- Product Development Manager (w/m/d)
About the Position
Our partner company, an internationally active food company, is looking for you as a Product Development Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen the R&D team at the Reken location.
This position is temporary through employee leasing (6 months) with an option for extension, due to a new project. For questions, your career partner Adda Hansen is available.

Your Tasks
As a Product Development Manager (m/f/d), you will be directly involved in the development of new products and actively contribute to the implementation of innovative veggie and vegetable projects.
- Responsibility: You will be responsible for the development and implementation of new veggie and vegetable products from conception to initial production.
- Trials & Tests: You will accompany laboratory and plant trials directly in the factory hall and ensure practical implementation of the projects in the R&D team.
- Coordination & Collaboration: You will work closely with packaging, production, and international R&D teams to successfully drive innovative ideas forward.
- Analysis & Documentation: You will evaluate test results, derive measures, and create all necessary documentation and reports. You will coordinate internal and external partners and work according to R&D standards.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Food Technology or comparable qualification.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the FMCG sector/food development.
- Experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating trials, as well as knowledge of food raw materials, processes, and product design.
- Very good German (min. C1) and English skills (min. B2).
