About the Role

As a WEG administrator, you are in the right place with us if you want to help build our Berlin location and new locations as Team Lead for our administrators. Start immediately or within the next 3 months in the Berlin office (hybrid). Full-time.

Your Prospects:

  • Remuneration of €60,000-€70,000 plus bonuses

Your Role at Matera:

  • You will build the structures and processes in Berlin together with management
  • You will take over the administration of your own WEGs, clarifying all accounting, legal, and construction-related issues
  • You will manage, motivate, and develop a team of 3-6 administrators from various locations, remotely
  • You will be the balancing factor between co-owners and in communication with third parties

What You Bring:

  • You have experience in WEG administration and leading a team
  • You approach problems structurally and persist until you find a suitable solution
  • You have excellent communication skills and quickly build connections with people
  • You are very good at bringing together the expectations of different groups of people
  • You speak fluent German and can also communicate in English
