What to Expect

• Develop individual software for various clients and diverse use cases based on LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral) using frameworks and libraries like LangChain, Transformers for Generative AI and RAG pipelines.
• Utilize and process data via embeddings, vector databases, APIs, cloud storage, and legacy/enterprise systems, enabling AI applications to work with relevant information and create real added value for the client.
• Apply existing know-how to new challenges.
• Advise clients on the technical and functional implementation of GenAI applications and their integration.
• Share knowledge through conferences, meetups, or technical articles.
• Use open source for problem-solving and contribute improvements and extensions back to the community.
• Stay updated on the GenAI market, technological advancements, and trends.

What You Should Bring

• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally with an individual software service provider or IT consultancy.
• Experience with RAG or RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and LLMs.
• Basic knowledge of probabilistic testing with test sets and quality assurance using metrics.
• Enjoy customer interaction (e.g., in consulting or pre-sales).
• Fluent in German and English, and willing to travel within Germany 1-2 times per month.
