With your experience, your know-how, and your passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks with us:

• Leadership of the Maintenance Service department, with disciplinary and professional leadership of the assigned employees (m/f/d) at two locations.
• Ensuring all contractual services in terms of quality, time, and cost, as well as compliance with the key performance indicators of the Maintenance Service department.
• Ensuring all measures to achieve operational goals according to the business plan, as well as achieving the results for the cost center under your responsibility.
• Representing the Maintenance Service department towards adjacent departments as well as towards the customer, subcontractors, and auditors.
• Responsibility for the organization of the Maintenance Service department, including the coordination of related operational processes.
• Observance of applicable legal and operational regulations (including aerospace operations) with presentation in associated audits.
• Responsibility for quotation preparation and service provision for defined work packages.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, and a related advanced specialized qualification.
• Many years of professional experience in maintenance or customer service in an international environment, preferably in the military sector.
• Experience in maintenance in an aerospace operation is advantageous.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership experience, including team and integration skills.
• Judgment skills regarding performance, time, and cost estimations.
• Experience with public sector clients is desirable.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Committed, proactive, and team-oriented way of thinking and working.
• Willingness to work and resilience, even in time-critical and technically challenging situations.
• Flexibility, improvisation, and organizational skills.
• Customer focus and service mentality.
• Problem-solving skills for critical issues in the technical area of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel.
