Your Responsibilities

As part of our McMakler Investment team, you will play a central role in managing and executing transactions of residential and commercial investment properties.

• You will work closely with our experienced investment agents, the Head of Transaction Management, and the Managing Director of McMakler Investment, being an integral part of our deal team.
• You will manage residential property transactions (multi-family homes/rental apartment buildings) from an extensive real estate portfolio – from initial analysis to successful completion at the notary. In your first year alone, you will be responsible for an average of over 30 transactions, gaining valuable practical experience in the entire transaction process.
• You will manage privatization mandates and portfolio adjustments for renowned institutional investors, independently steering transaction processes and creating corresponding reports – building a valuable network in the investment industry.
• You will be responsible for property valuations, developing appropriate sales strategies, and independently conducting purchase price negotiations.
• You will coordinate our specialized teams in the phases of exposé creation, data room preparation, and interested party communication to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• In close coordination with the local agent, you will keep all threads in hand throughout the entire process and ensure transparent communication within the deal team.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in business or real estate studies above average – ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, or Investment.
• You have initial experience in the real estate sector.
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and are extremely precise.
• You impress with empathy, a professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• You are team-oriented, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile.
• You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate complex issues precisely.
