Position: Religion and Philosophy Expert
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $30--$60/hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10--40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic prompts in metaphysics, ethics, epistemology, and political philosophy.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for conceptual rigor and cultural authenticity.
- Write high-quality human-authored "gold" responses for complex philosophical and theological questions.
- Create controlled prompt variations to test doctrinal interpretation and philosophical assumptions.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving conceptual confusion or culturally inconsistent framing.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2 years of academic study or professional experience in Philosophy, Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.
- Degree in Philosophy, Religious Studies, Theology, or equivalent academic training.
- Active engagement with scholarship in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong familiarity with major philosophical traditions or religious texts within your linguistic and cultural context.
- Ability to articulate complex conceptual arguments clearly in the target language.
- Strong analytical skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
