Project Director / PMO Lead (Remote -- Germany)
We are expanding our international operations and currently seeking an experienced professional to oversee cross-functional projects and drive strategic execution --- fully remote.
If you're a strong leader with a proven track record in project governance, resource planning, and organizational alignment, this role offers the opportunity to shape global initiatives in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee large-scale project portfolios and PMO operations
- Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Provide strategic guidance to project managers and senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage remote teams
