Location
- Nürnberg / Remote-Anteil möglich
Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of an account strategy for defined key and target accounts in the region
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers (CIO, COO, department heads)
- Development of strategic expansion plans per customer (white-spot analyses, cross- & upselling potentials)
- Planning and management of complex software projects together with PreSales, Consulting, and Project Management
- Conducting in-depth needs and potential analyses on the customer and market side
- Negotiation of framework and license agreements in a strategic context
- Ongoing monitoring of sales, KPIs, and pipeline development in your area of responsibility
- Active participation in go-to-market strategies for new features, modules, and solutions

The Successful Applicant
- Several years of experience in strategic B2B software sales or in an Account Executive role
- Knowledge in the industrial, manufacturing, or technical SME sector is an advantage
- Strong ability to persuasively communicate complex issues to decision-makers
- Strategic, long-term thinking combined with pragmatic & structured implementation
- Excellent understanding of business drivers, value selling, and solution selling
- Very good German and English skills, high presentation confidence
