  • Nürnberg / Remote-Anteil möglich

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of an account strategy for defined key and target accounts in the region
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers (CIO, COO, department heads)
  • Development of strategic expansion plans per customer (white-spot analyses, cross- & upselling potentials)
  • Planning and management of complex software projects together with PreSales, Consulting, and Project Management
  • Conducting in-depth needs and potential analyses on the customer and market side
  • Negotiation of framework and license agreements in a strategic context
  • Ongoing monitoring of sales, KPIs, and pipeline development in your area of responsibility
  • Active participation in go-to-market strategies for new features, modules, and solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Several years of experience in strategic B2B software sales or in an Account Executive role
  • Knowledge in the industrial, manufacturing, or technical SME sector is an advantage
  • Strong ability to persuasively communicate complex issues to decision-makers
  • Strategic, long-term thinking combined with pragmatic & structured implementation
  • Excellent understanding of business drivers, value selling, and solution selling
  • Very good German and English skills, high presentation confidence
